Daily Schedule and Monthly Calendars
Before and After School Extended Care will operate on all regular and half school days.
Except: We will close at 4:30 PM on Halloween. And no after school Extended Care on the half days before Christmas and Easter Vacation, or on the very last day of school.
Before School:
Monday—Friday: 6:30—7:40 AM
After School:
Monday, Tuesday, Thursday, and Friday: 3:00—5:30 PM
Wednesday: 2:00—5:30 PM
Half Days: 12:00—5:30 PM
Inclement weather closures will be broadcast for the school on KOMO, KING, and KIRO television stations. If ICOLPH School is closed for any emergency, Extended Care will also be closed.

Program Activities and Schedule:
The following is a general schedule/ routine of the program--
Check-In, attendance
Prayer before snack
Students retrieve their homework and quiet time materials
Students are dismissed to wash their hands
Snack and water are served (examples of snacks: cornmeal berry muffins and milk, salad with either ranch or Italian dressing, quesadillas with corn tortillas and cheddar or mozzarella, whole wheat English muffins toasted with butter and honey)
Ms. M reads aloud while the students finish eating and clear their desks.
Quiet Time
Recess
Scheduled daily activities—art/crafts, board games, organized group games, Legos, creative and dramatic play, computer lab, dolls, playing cards, free playtime
Wednesdays, 1:00 - 2:00 PM: Educational enrichment, including: science experiments, art projects, and mind benders
Occasional field trips (local area), including volunteer projects for our community
Examples: PAWS to Read at Everett Public Library every fall and spring, Imagine Children's Museum, local senior center to honor veterans, Locks of Love fundraisers, Lenten care packages for homeless
Movies and a treat every Friday (no treat during Lent)
